Experience

Our family has been in the building and contracting business for over 60 years. We've been Home Inspectors and Contractors for over 35 years. We have been full-time Home Inspectors for over 15 years, serving Chicago and Suburbs.

Chicagoland has many older style buildings as shown in our display. This is where we excel in our profession. Being in the contracting business for many years, we have inspected, rebuilt and restored all styles of older buildings. We have also restored commercial property and churches. This hands-on experience can't be taught in a classroom!

Breadth

Our inspections cover foundations, structure, roof, plumbing, electric, HVAC, interior, exterior, landscape and out buildings. Chicago's temperatures can run from 25 below 0 to 106. That wide temperature variation can cause many unseen problems; only hands-on experience can pinpoint those problems.

We cover Chicago, Cook County and all surrounding suburbs. We're fully qualified for:

We know how buildings are put together. Our company is up to date on the latest technical advances in new construction. We take yearly continuing education classes.

We ask that you follow us through the inspection so that you are familiar with the components and can see for yourself any problems first hand. We can also answer questions you may have as we examine problem areas.

Our only concern is to provide a complete and accurate review of your building's condition. We are a family-run business, not affiliated with any real estate agent, contractor or vendor. All inspection reports are treated as confidential.

Reliability

We stand behind our inspections. At the end of the inspection, you will receive a complete State of Illinois Certified report listing any deficiencies found or concerns. We can work with your contractor or repair person to correct problems. (It is a State law that you have the report on site, hand written or computer generated.)
